About Patrick

Patrick Primavera is a trial lawyer through and through and he correlates his success as a trial lawyer as being directly attributable to the personal relationships he builds with each and every client, whether it is a seriously injured individual and their family or a corporate client. This personal relationship is based on honesty and trust as these are the foundations for any representation.  These foundations are enhanced and sustained with the essential ideology of credibility, responsiveness, fairness and the doing what is right for the client.

As a seasoned trial lawyer, it is no surprise Patrick continues to be selected by colleagues or appointed by Courts as a mediator on a regular basis in both personal injury and commercial lawsuits. Despite maintaining a thriving litigation practice, since 2012 Patrick has mediated over 300 lawsuits. By representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants, Patrick is perfectly positioned to understand and strategically address both sides of a mediated dispute and this experience has resulted in an over 90% success rate as a mediator.
